How we charge
- There is a pickup fee starting $9.99 (subject to the amount of your items)
- $1.99/item resell processing fee
- 35% commission from sales
Unsold or Low-Value Items:
- Unsold Items: If your items don’t find a buyer, you can request their return or opt for donation assistance.
- Low-Value Items: We offer direct donation assistance for low-value items, bypassing the $1.99/item resale processing fee.

When can I get my cash back?
User will typically get the cash back from sold items 2-3 business days after the completion of the sale with the buyers.
Is there any restrictions on the pick up items?
Freespacenow is providing a full service for help you get family space freed up from detaching your unwanted valuable items, so we are covering as wide range of categories as possible. But with following exceptions:
- No Trash/Junk, or any daily grocery items such as food, drink, tobacco, etc.
- No illegible items or broken items. We are happy to connect trashing service for you if needed.
- No weapons or items with potential hazard (i.e. chemicals, batteries, etc)
- To maximize your returns, please ensure that all items for resale are clean and in working condition.
- No furniture at this moment. (We are working on solving this!)
- We also have a single item weight limitation of 50 lbs.
Do I need to pay anything today or at pickup?
No, you can immediately enjoy the extra space in your home without any concerns about payment, item listings, negotiations, buyer/seller communication, or transactions. We will keep you informed about the status of your order, and in most cases, the value of the sold items covers the pickup fee. Should there be any outstanding balance, we will bill you at the end of the order.
